If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to every visitor, user, and applicant who interacts with Rupee Bro.
Rupee Bro is a loan-facilitation platform. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lender, and we do not ourselves sanction or disburse loans. We help you compare and connect with our network of partner banks and NBFCs so you can find a loan product that fits your needs. The final decision to approve, reject, or set terms for any loan rests entirely with the lending partner.

When you submit an enquiry or application through Rupee Bro, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping any contact details you share with us up to date so our team and our lending partners can reach you. Submitting false, fraudulent, or incomplete information may result in your application being rejected and your access to our Services being suspended.
When you apply through Rupee Bro, we review the details you provide—such as income, loan amount, and purpose—and match you with one or more suitable lending partners from our network. We may present offers, estimated rates, or indicative terms shared with us by these partners. These are provided for your convenience and are always subject to the lender's own verification, documentation, and final approval process. Rupee Bro does not guarantee that any application will be approved or that indicative terms will be honoured by the lender.
Rupee Bro does not charge you a fee to browse our website, submit an enquiry, or be matched with a lending partner. We may, however, receive a referral or commission fee from our partner banks and NBFCs when a loan is successfully disbursed—this does not increase the cost of your loan. Any interest, processing fees, foreclosure charges, or other costs associated with your loan are set by the lending partner and will be disclosed to you in their loan agreement before you accept an offer. Always read the lender's sanction letter and loan agreement carefully.
Once you are matched with a lending partner, your loan application, documentation, disbursal, repayment, and servicing are governed by that partner's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Rupee Bro is not a party to the loan agreement between you and the lender and is not responsible for the lender's decisions, conduct, communications, or the accuracy of the information they provide. Any dispute regarding the loan itself should be raised directly with the concerned lender.
By submitting an application, you authorise Rupee Bro to share your information with prospective lending partners for the purpose of assessing your loan request, and you authorise those partners to access your credit information from credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF Highmark) as part of their evaluation. This consent remains valid until you withdraw it in writing or your application process concludes. We handle your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law and only share what is reasonably necessary to process your request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
